Bonnie Burlock is a leader in the real estate industry, having coached hundreds of agents, both licensed and pre licensed, go on to develop their skills, launch their careers, and achieve their goals.
Although Bonnie specializes in newly licensed agents, she has helped many who have hit a ‘slump’ in their businesses, level up and break free from the roadblocks of limiting beliefs and set backs. She is proud to have been part of the journey of some of the now top producing agents in the real estate industry.

In addition to Real Estate Coaching, Bonnie has mentored many young women as they began their entrance to adulthood, transitioned to motherhood, or break free from situations they had no control over. Her ability to help others navigate through life’s challenges with empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of support has offered a path of relief, comfort, and has built confidence in many.
Bonnie resides in Placer County with her incredible husband and is a mother to two amazing young women, a mother-in-law to two fantastic young men, and a grandma, or “Biya” as pronounced, to two sweet grandlittles. She enjoys traveling, self-development, family time, and long walks on the beach, sounds cliché, but it’s true.
Bonnie absolutely loves her life and appreciates the roads, some paved, some rocky, and still others full of potholes, that brought her to this very spot in her journey of life.
